The group acts for major nation
al and international resources clients,
engineering and construction clients, industrial companies and government entities
and enjoys a consistent flow of premium work. Your practice will focus on
general commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes,
corporate, property, construction and major project litigation.
As part of a well-structured team, you will be mentored by and will collaborate
with a talented and down to earth partner and other senior lawyers within the
group. Strong research skills, a high level of analytical ability and top
written and verbal communication skills will be key, as you prepare for, advise
on and manage lower level proceedings.
As the ideal candidate, you will require at least 3 years PAE, general
commercial litigation experience with a top tier firm, strong academics and
quality training. You will have access to state of the art resources,
