This global organisation, based at North Ryde, with easy access to public transport and the M2, is looking for 2 x Customer Service Sales Consultants to join their expanding team.
This leading provider of specialised services is seeking professional candidates to join their sales department. Your clients will include those in professional service fields; including Law, Human Resources and Accounting.
2 positions are available, with an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career from a temporary role into a permanent position, also with the opportunity for a career progression into a sales representative position.
As the Customer Service Sales Consultants you will:
• Be responsible for selling products/services over the phone to existing customers (from Accounting and Legal industry)
• Generate sales leads, warm calling, assess customer needs and most importantly – close a sale!
• Generate statistics and collect market intelligence from customers then producing reports for management
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensuring customer follow up calls are scheduled and completed
As the Customer Service Sales Consultants you need:
• A minimum 2 years local experience with proven “business to business” phone sales ability
• Industry experience in Accounting field will be highly regarded
• Sound knowledge of the sales process
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Strong PC skills and administrative ability
• A great team player
• A determination to succeed
• A “can do” attitude
