Our client, a well-known and well established in imaging-solutions, is inviting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position as an Operations Planner
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interface with various internal and external organizations to establish NPI process flows and schedules
• Plan Assembly & Test operations by product and by subcon with clear understanding of capability and capacity in the respective manufacturing areas
• Coordinate Front End (Fab, CFA, Probe) and Back End (Assembly, Test) product schedules via the appropriate contacts in order to meet internal and external customer commitment dates
• Daily review and report of NPI Build Requests in order to ensure execution to plan
• Support planning systems and manufacturing tools such as SAP to facilitate NPI planning and execution
• Drive continuous improvement for cycle time reduction, business process best practice and supply chain flow
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, Business Administration or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience in semiconductor or imaging sensor production planning, with a focus on New Product Introduction a plus
• Good interpersonal skills in collaborating with support groups
• Ability to challenge status quo and champion new initiatives
• Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment, with good integrity and character
• Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically in meeting dead-lines without compromising on quality
• SAP system knowledge will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients)
