Production Interface Coordinator/ Supervisor x2 – Overseas LNG Project in PNG – FIFO from anywhere in Australia
• FIFO ‘Even-time’ rotation – approx 6 months R&R per year!

This is your opportunity to join a global power in the oil and gas sector and play a significant role across one of the organisations most prominent producing oilfields. With strong performance in the field and the new development wells providing incremental production growth, we are now looking to appoint two specialist Production Interface Coordinators to join the LNG interface department. The role will take you to remote areas, challenge you physically and mentally and accelerate your career to new heights.
Reporting directly to the Field Interface Coordinator, you will work across numerous locations across the project, overseeing the development and implementation of the WMS (Work Management Systems) to sustain the execution of numerous work elements where the LNG project interrelate to the oilfield operations. You will be the liaison for both the LNG and existing operations personnel and offer advice and support to ensure relevant processes are adhered to. Furthermore, you will manage the development and execution of specific operating protocols and ensure a suitable level of communication and control is in place to maintain a safe and productive work place.
As the successful candidate, your background and qualifications will include:
• 15+ years experience specific to the Oil & Gas sector with a minimum of five years acting in a supervisory level position
• Working knowledge of work management systems eg. SIMOPS, Permit to Work etc
• Experience in the development and implementation of commissioning plans and procedures
• Demonstrated experience managing hydrocarbon facility shutdowns and tie-in of new plant
• Knowledge of modern risk management techniques and exposure to change management
• First class communication skills with experience is conflict resolution, negotiations, team building and counselling
• The passion and desire to work out in the field, a genuine hands-on coordinator – rain, hail or shine
