The successful candidate will report to the Plant Manager.
Job responsibilities:
Manage the activities of the manufacturing technology group including process engineering, calibration and validation
Develop an understanding of the company’s product offering and ensure that the correct implementation of product process and yield improvements
Work with the Operations, Engineering, Regulatory and Quality departments to ensure compliance across all industry standards
Provide expertise in the area of optimisation, scale-up and improvement of existing manufacturing processes
Lead development and transfer of processes and procedures
Requirements:
Educated to a minimum of M.Sc. in Science
Five years plus experience in a similar role
Expertise in process & technology transfer for vaccine and sterile manufacturing
Experience with aseptic process, technology transfer and process validation
Knowledge of Six Sigma
