The instrument for data collection was pretested
and certified as valid by the researcher supervisor. Ten (10) copies of the
questionnaire was distributed to people outside the study area and the result
recorded. After an interval of two weeks the same instrument was distributed to
another ten (10) person and the results was compared. Since the two results are
related the instrument was considered to be reliable.
