DUTY STATION DAR ES SALAAM
Role Purpose Statement: Responsible for analyzing and overseeing the company
passenger numbers and revenues growth and optimal use of the available capacity to
meet the targets set, also responsible for network performance evaluation and
monitoring, projections and participation in company budgetary process
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Analyze and understand passenger uplift and revenue trends. Assess the key
areas of performance and the prevailing market circumstances.
• Develop and oversee the business projections in terms of passenger and
revenue forecasts for the purpose of planning the organization’s requirements
and looking for available opportunities.
• Ensure optimization is done to its fullest on seats and coordinate the proper use
of aviator and its provider(R&R)
• Route analysis and market study and intelligence
• Ensure the management is availed with necessary performance reports at
intervals so specified.
• Presentations (performance, budget, system use, projects)
• RM department budget evaluation and monitoring as well as targets formulation
in line with company objectives & budget
• Ensuring the sales team is equipped with relevant performance trends as well as
impact of different passenger related traffic campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree/advanced diploma economics/statistics or business studies
• Three years experience in research/reporting and analytical work
• Airline business experience
• Computer skills (ms word, excel, power point, access
