Business Development Coordinator Job at Posture Consulting
The
incumbent will work as the coordinator of the sales team and will be focused on
training and inspiring the team to generate business as well as be the account
manager of existing clients.
He
will have sales targets that combine new and existing business by developing
strong business relationships with luxury travel strategic partners to generate
business.

Duties for the Business Development Coordinator Job
  • Using
    knowledge of the market and competitors, identify, develop and review the
    marketing plan, the company’s unique selling propositions and
    differentiators.
  • Create
    sales strategies and targets for the sales team as agreed with senior
    management and regularly update senior management on progress towards
    target fulfillment.
  • Hit
    and surpass the agreed sales targets by developing and growing business
    relationships to bring on-board new business
  • Establish
    and grow strategic relationships with the target customers
  • Grow
    sales by identifying and approaching potential corporate customers and
    opportunities for business development
  • Maintain
    database of current and potential clients along with any relevant information
    that can be used to build relationship and increase client retention rate
  • Support
    new product development projects and market research.
  • Call,
    visit and follow up potential clients and attend sales meetings as
    required.
  • Provide
    additional support as needed to the administration team.
  • Oversee
    external marketing activations while working closely with the customer
    service to develop business
  • Grow
    and maintain a database of current and potential strategic partners in the
    travel industry
  • Submit
    a quarterly sales plan and bi-monthly sales activity report
  • Plan
    and execute development of promotional materials for launches and any
    planned sales events
  • Attend
    networking events and forum to generate interest from potential clients.
  • Develop
    and train the sales representatives persuasive approaches and pitches that
    will convince potential clients to do business with the company
  • Responsible
    for development of strategic partnership proposals that speaks to the
    client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Handle
    objections during sales by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working
    through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Identify
    opportunities for campaigns, services, and promotion channels that will
    lead to an increase in sales.
  • Managing
    and following up on leads from digital marketing campaigns to close sales
  • Prepare
    periodic reports on client monitoring, feedback as well as prospects
Business Development Coordinator Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s
    degree in business management , marketing or any other relevant degree
  • Be
    multi-skilled in networking, persuasion, prospecting, Public Speaking,
    Research, Writing, and Closing Skills,
  • Certificate
    of good conduct
  • Be
    a natural go getter that is self motivated
  • Ability
    to do Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges,
  • Good
    at Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals,
    Professionalism,
  • Strong
    presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Self
    driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Ability
    to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team
    member
  • Demonstrated
    history of success in a sales-focused role.
  • Able
    to work well independently as well as part of team with a strong desire to
    succeed.
  • Able
    to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize workload.
  • Strong
    knowledge of the corporate travel industry preferred.
  • Ability
    to work in a non structured environment
