Portavin’s
Technical team provides support for our 24 hour bottling operation as well as
supporting our Production, Laboratory and Cellar teams in ensuring excellence
and efficiency in site operations. We are looking for a candidate with a
background in Quality Assurance who thrives on ensuring production of quality product
by maintaining a comprehensive quality system. Key responsibilities of
this position include;
Technical team provides support for our 24 hour bottling operation as well as
supporting our Production, Laboratory and Cellar teams in ensuring excellence

background in Quality Assurance who thrives on ensuring production of quality product
by maintaining a comprehensive quality system. Key responsibilities of
this position include;
- Maintaining
HACCP, BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 17025 NATA, and Organic certifications. - Driving
continuous improvement of systems, procedures and policies. - Conducting
internal audits, support role during third party audits. - Managing
Corrective Action Reports and procedures, analysing trends and producing
monthly reports. - Liaising
with customers regarding Quality and Production issues. - HACCP
Team Leader. - Providing
support for all technical and laboratory projects and operations. - Conducting
Staff, Visitor and Contractor Inductions.
This
role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic production environment; who is
self-motivated with an outgoing, friendly personality. A current driver’s
licence and own transport are essential. Strong computer skills and a
demonstrated involvement in WH&S are also a must.
