A
unique opportunity to join the wine industry is on offer in the role of
Maintenance Supervisor at our wine bottling plant in Chullora. This
position is a very hands on role, but you will also be responsible for the
development and implementation of site maintenance plans, as well as leading a
small team and co-ordinating contractors to ensure plant and equipment enables
efficient site operations.

seek an experienced and organized individual who has excellent technical
skills, but also strong planning, administrative and communication
skills. This position will suit someone who:

- Can
demonstrate experience in a similar role in a busy production environment,
particularly in co-ordination of preventative maintenance and shut down
plans. - Enjoys
leading and motivating a small team. - Has
relevant tertiary or trade qualifications (electrical / mechanical) - Is
self motivated and focused on continual improvement - Has
a strong work ethic, and an outgoing and friendly personality
Experience
within the wine industry and / or in a similar role in a beverage production
environment will be highly valued. This is a 24/5 hour operation that sometimes
involves break down call outs and weekend maintenance. We expect strong
administrative and computer skills and familiarity with using MEX system would
be an advantage. WHS awareness and a current driver’s license are essential
requirements.
