ACCOUNT MANAGER
The incumbent must have the ability to execute sales strategies and develop tactics and actions for assigned accounts to achieve sales and profit objectives in a technical environment. Must be capable of dealing with all levels of our customer organizations – from owner / executives to shop floor personnel. Effective relationship management and being the key link between customers and our manufacturing facility will also be critical for success. Effective time and activity management are of paramount importance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the rubber lining industry and a post secondary education in chemistry or engineering. At a minimum, applicants must have 5 years experience selling in a business to business environment, superior communication skills, be comfortable making technical presentations and proficient in the use of MS Office. Extensive travel in North America is required.
