As a result of increased growth,
an exciting oppo

rtunity for a Customer Service Representative/Administration
Officer has become available. Reporting to the Business Service Manager, you
will be part of a highly motivated team delivering outstanding customer service
to both internal and external customers.

Your main
responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the established CSR team
  • Processing all customer orders in a timely manner;
  • Liaising with multiple internal departments.
  • Invoicing


This is an ideal role for someone who has excellent administration and data
entry skills but also has a passion for providing superior levels of customer
service. We are seeking a person with a high degree of accuracy and attention
to detail to process a high volume of orders and be part of a highly
professional customer service team.

A knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and
Enfocus Pitstop to assist with file manipulation and transfers to presses would
be advantageous, but not essential.

role you must have:

  • Ability to prioritise & good time management skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Aptitude for figures
  • Ability to handle repetitive work
  • Ability to work under pressure

The full time position is with a
highly professional and successful organisation in the printing industry, so
any previous experience in this field would be an advantage but is not
essential.  Remuneration package will be discussed with successful
applicant/s.
