 – Psychologist

in our Psychological Services Same Employer team assisting injured
workers to return to their pre-injury employer following a
psychological work related injury. Pinnacle Rehab is known for providing a
supportive workplace culture, focused on achieveing return to work results

provided with a smartphone, laptop and internet connectivity, enabling you to
work autonomously from your home office wherever you are based. With an

Our teams work with large and SME businesses
across metropolitan Sydney; assessing stakeholder needs; using your
knowledge of psychological workplace injuries and treatment to
educate worker’s regarding the performance of their job role; educating and
liaising with treating practitioners and GP’s in relation to the return to work
process; working in partnership with multiple stakeholders to achieve claim
finalization through the effective management of barriers to RTW.
Candidates must have current full
registration with AHPRA to work as an Psychologist. Experience in
Workplace Rehabilitation or relevant clinical experience is highly regarded.
Successful candidates will possess the following
qualities:

· Sound clinical reasoning and ability to
manage psychological injuries effectively
· An ability to problem solve and think laterally
· The ability to build relationships easily
· Self-motivation and a desire to work from a home
office
· Quality and outcome focused approach
· Knowledge of worker’s compensation and injury
management
· Confidence in using technology is essential for this
role
