The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, hands on Assistant Manager and
join our dynamic Managerial team.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate;

• Strong Retail Management experience in a large format
retail/homewares/fashion environment
• A background or experience in home linens and/or visual merchandising
• A commitment to provide exceptional and memorable customer service at all
times
• Experience and capable of managing large teams of up to 15 staff
• Stock management experience
• Catalogue and merchandising experience
• Physically capable to perform all associated physical tasks within a large
format store
• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to learn and to develop new skills.
• and leading large a teams of up to 15
• The ability to work across a 7 day working roster
