Position: Training SupervisorLocation: Nairobi
Our client, an established pharmaceutical brand across East Africa seeks to fill for the position of a Training Supervisor. The position requires a person with outstanding Multi Level Marketing Skills as well as a pharmaceutical background.
Key Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for training marketing teams on product details as well as motivating the teams
• Compiling the training materials
• Manage and coordinate the training workshops in each region, design the training schedules and supervise the effect of the training.
• Organize and lead the trained to market the company’s product and image in related regions.
• Lead the trained teams in designing marketing strategies that ensure they meet expected targets.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 8 years training experience in MLM (Multi-level marketing) with three years as a training manager or a similar position.
• Pharmaceutical, health care background is preferred, either diploma or degree.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
