Job
Description:

• Involve
  in roadshows, sales blitz, and customer referrals and perform outbound
  calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote Company’s products
  with the end objectives to close sales.
• Apply
  the principles of objection handling, sales tenacity and customer focused.
• Provide
  excellent customer service and maintain high level of service and
  professionalism at all times.
• To
  handle customer issues (if any) which may arise during or after sales and
  to escalate any issues to the Sales Manager to avoid customers dissatisfaction
  on any disputes if misrepresentation
• To
  ensure that all completed and accurate application forms are submitted and
  also focus on quality of work and reduced defects in all submissions
• To
  attend all trainings provided by the bank and adequately knowledge-able of
  the key features, benefits & risks of the Personal Financing product.
• To
  ensure compliance to all operating & regulatory guidelines, sales
  practice, etc.

Job
Requirements:

• Minimum
  Diploma with 1 year working experience in Sales and Marketing field.
• Able to
  communicate fluently in English,
  Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Strong
  persuasion skills and negotiation skills.
• Must be
  result oriented, self-driven and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Possess
  own transport.
• Fresh
  Graduates
