Status: Permanent, Full-Time, Day, 75 hrs/pay period, 1.0 FTE
Compensation: $32.806 to $41.802 / hr – With total compensation program
FUNCTION SUMMARY
Under the responsibility of the Clinical Manager, Complex Continuing Care, the incumbent is responsible for all aspects of social work intervention towards patients and families.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Graduate of an educational program of Social Work from an accredited university
* Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university
* Membership in the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
* Fluent in French and English
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with members of an inter-professional team
* Experience in supervising students
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in Complex Continuing Care
* Eligibility for academic appointment
