• Receives assignment directions from the PEPFAR

• Reconciles budgets with available resources

• As assigned by the PEPFAR Country Coordinator,

team and serves as an advisor on PEPFAR gender and prevention of gender-based
violence (GBV) programs.

• Prepares and disseminates periodic internal and
external updates/status report on PEPFAR in Botswana. Keeps agencies on track

• Supports public diplomacy efforts led by the

Minimum Qualifications and/or Certifications:
• Five to Eight years of progressive,
professional-level experience at the program management level with some
background in HIV and AIDS is required. Should have a proven track record
coordinating and communicating with large teams across organizational
structures and managing complex processes.

• Masters-level degree in Public Health, Health
Administration, Public Policy, Social Science or related field is desirable.

• Experience living and working in developing
countries, including coordination of activities with host governments,
non-governmental organizations, and other donors, is desired.
