Area Manager Process/ Production
Our client, a reputable Chemical company (US MNC) is looking out for potential talents
Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver the following business objectives in the process area of responsibility
• Environment, health and safety initiatives
• Meet production target
• Process safety, quality and yield improvement
• Process troubleshooting and optimization
• Raw material unit consumption planning and tracking
• Capital project initiation and execution
• Shutdown planning and management
• Mentoring the Area Engineers and Coordinators
• Technical training for the area engineers and technicians
Requirements
• At least 10 years process engineering experience in chemical/petrochemical plant daily operations and optimization
• Good knowledge and experience in chemical process and various unit operations
• Team player with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with cGMPs in a FDA regulated site, process safety practices and environmental standards are a plus
• Good project management, organization skills and leadership quality
• Self motivated and high level of commitment
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
