seeking a Senior Busine
ss Development Manager to actively contribute to the
organisation by driving new business and developing and maintaining existing
networks.
about the role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the purpose of this role is to
develop and implement the division’s sales and marketing strategy, contributing
at both a strategic and operational level to support the organisation.
This role will see
you responsible for increasing existing, and identifying new revenue streams
through sourcing and driving new business and developing long term partnerships
that generate revenue growth and drive the brand in the market place.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue
generation through the sourcing and securing new business opportunities - Arrange
meetings with suitable prospects within allocated region - Ongoing
liaison with clients and prospective clients with view of obtaining new
business referrals - Establish
an intermediary base of Accountants, Finance Brokers and other valuable
networking sources - Use
your strategic focus to identify ongoing opportunities - Develop
and maintain key client and stakeholder relationships - Prepare
and present tenders and proposals to stakeholders - Organise
submissions and legal documentation - Conducting
due diligence on application companies
about you
Corporately
presented with exceptional interpersonal skills, you have proven experience in
a Senior Business Development role. You have a consultative approach to sales,
strong relationship management skills and the ability to operate on both
strategic and operational levels. With strong presentation skills, you are
self-motivated with exceptional time management and organisational abilities.
You are someone who takes ownership and responsibility for your own work and
enjoy working in a professional work environment.
