Job Description
Our client is commonly referred to as the premier EPCM consultancy not only in Australia but worldwide. Due to their massive work load at present they are looking to bring on board a seasoned Business Services Manager to join their team. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the functional areas such as costing, scheduling, estimation, change management and Human Resources.
Other duties will also include;
• Development of procedures and system integration
• Client interface on commercial and contract issues, including negotiations
• Provide regular progress reports to relevant managers
• Financial reporting
• Provide project teams with the required performance, controls and business systems to maximise project efficiency
Skills and Experience;
• Track record in leading a successful project team
• Ability to create and foster effective relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, clients and project personnel
• Experience ensuring document control and cost trend information is accurate and timely
• Experience in estimating/costing and project management packages
• Superior written and verbal communication and report delivery
• Relevant tertiary qualification such as; engineering, procurement or business management
• 12+ years relevant experience within Project Services/Project Controls within an EPCM or owners’ team environment
• Significant experience in either the Mining or O&G sector
