We are currently seeking for a reliable and competent
full-time Restaurant Manager to join our establishment. The successful
applicant must be available to work both day and night shifts during weekdays
and weekends, is familiar with most popular Malaysian Chinese cuisines, has

llent communication skills, is confident and able to work independently,
and should have at least 12 months employment experience in managing a similar
size restaurant business. While not essential, the ability to converse fluently
in Mandarin, Cantonese will be viewed upon favorably.
The successful applicant must also possess a
qualification which is at least equivalent to an Australian Diploma in
Hospitality or Diploma in Business or similar.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the
following main duties:

- Work in conjunction with the Head Chef in menu
planning. - Responsible for the authorization and ordering
and purchasing of the restaurant’s furniture, equipment, and general
supplies, and maintain adequate stock level. - Responsible for maintaining the restaurant’s
budget, which include monitoring and maintaining weekly expenditures for
the business. - Liaise with the restaurant’s various suppliers
regarding negotiation on food and beverage costs. - Responsible for ensuring the quality of food
served to the restaurant customers and services provided by its floor
staff are consistently of a high quality. - Responsible for the planning and marketing of the
restaurant business to the Australian general public. - Direct hiring and firing of all the restaurant’s
employees. - Responsible for the scheduling of the regular
on-going trainings to be provided to the restaurant’s new and existing
employees. - Responsible for the creation and maintaining of
weekly rosters for all the restaurant’s employees. - Regularly liaise with the restaurant’s customers
to obtain feedbacks regarding their satisfaction with the quality of food
served, as well as services provided by its floor staff. - Manages and enforce high level of hygiene
standards to all restaurant’s employees regarding food handling, general
cleanliness, and personal hygiene. - Manages, maintain and keep proper records of the
restaurant’s daily financial transactions.
