Responsibilities

Decorate
cakes, cookies and cupcakes using various icing and decorating techniques
Adhere
to safety standards
Follow
production plans
Minimize
wastage as appropriate
Follow
recipes and processes & ensure consistency in quality of finished
products
Maintain
high hygiene standards
Assist
with new product development

Requirements

OND/SSCE
1-3
years’ experience in baking and decorating of cakes with above average
skills in butter icing and sugar crafting
Ability
to follow due process
Strong
attention to details
Residence
around Festac Town and its environs will be an added advantage.
