Responsibilities
- To assist in the
management of the key milestones and deliverables of the project according
to schedule - Must be able to
engage and co-ordinate with stakeholders and project team members,
including collating information from various project parties to prepare
agenda and schedule meetings and prepare records of discussions - Must be able to
prepare and present project status, tracking and closure of outstanding
project related matters with various stakeholders and project team members
Requirements
- Good degree in
Business or Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant working
experience, preferably in a civil and building environment. Prior work
experience involving design and project management in a consultancy firm
will be an advantage - Experience in
project management and coordination, preferably in large scale civil and
infrastructure works - Self-motivated,
possess good analytical/ problem solving skills, ability to work
independently and a strong team player to handle fast paced projects - Good
interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration
with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
