Responsibilities
The
specific purpose of the position is to ensure that all of the programme?s
finances are allocated and accounted for in accordance with Palladium?s
internal procedures and DFID?s requirements.

Requirements
- 8
to10 years relevant experience with3 to5 yearsbeingspent on the financial
management of a similar project;
- Experience
working on an international development project;
- Familiarity
with DFID conditions and regulations and with working with NGOs;
- Regional
experience, and fluency in English;
- Setting
up and establishing financial systems;
- Financial
management of a project worth 5M – 10M per annum (preferable);
- Grants
management experience (preferable).
