We are seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates for the positions of:

Executive Assistant

Duties:
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
• Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements
• Min 8 years experience in secretarial support.
• Experience in supporting Country heads / CEOs / Managing Directors and a small team are essential.
• Meticulous and able to work under stress and meet deadline.
• Confident, mature and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess excellent command and written of English and be proficient in the following :Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Travel Logistics, Verbal Communication
