routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections - Lease
preparation and sign ups - Tribunal
attendance - Some
new business (excellent commissions) - Some
Saturday work required with a RDO during the week in return - Use of
the CONSOLE system
#THEPERSON
- Must
have a minimum of 2 years experience in property management - Have a
passion for people and customer service - Committed
to a successful career in property management - Goal
oriented and thrives in fast paced environment - Exceptional
written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency
in CONSOLE a distinct advantage - Current
Certificate of Registration - Have a
valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
