Oyivo is currently looking for an self-driven and detail-oriented Production
Assistant who will provide general administrative support and excellent customer
service. The Assistant will report directly to the Oyivo Publishing Service
Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide support for business operations duties
Perform general office administrative and clerical duties
Sort, file and distribute mail to respective personnel
Maintain logs and spreadsheets for all office activities
Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed
Keep track of customer issues and accounts
PREFERRED SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year general administrative experience
Takes initiative and can complete tasks with basic direction
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Must be a team player, organized, professional and motivated
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United
