The appeal of Adams Oshiomhole challenging his suspension as the National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress ( APC) was dismissed by an Appeal Court in Abuja.
Justice Uchechukwu Onyemenam, who presided the three-man panel appointed to lead the case, unanimously dismissed the appeal on Tuesday 30 June at the request of the former national chairman of the APC.
Recall that Abuja High Court Justice Danlami Senchi gave effect to the suspension of Oshiomhole from his seat, on the grounds that Ward 10 executives in Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State were not in compliance with the party’s constitution.
