Responsibilities:
• To responsible in assisting the company to recruit suitable staff for job vacancies.
• To provide administration support in the day to day recruitment and selection activities such as sourcing, interviewing, job offers and documentations.
• To assist in leave maintenance and filing.
• To prepare and responsible in new hire candidates orientation programme.
• To handle exit interview.
• Any other adhoc task relevant with Admin and Human Resource from time to time.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years working experience in related field.
• Minimum education qualification in Professional Certificate/Diploma and above in HRM / Business Admin.
• Able to communicate in English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Posses own transport.
• Able to perform in fast pace work environment.
