Geotechnical:

5+ Years of Experience as a Geotechnical
Engineer
Ability to guide and lead high performing
teams
Demonstrated senior level geotechnical
experience (soil and rock mechanics, earthworks, basement excavations,
foundation design, slope stability, site inspection)
Excellent communication skills, relationship
management and contractor-facing abilities
Excellent analytical and project management
skills
Tertiary Qualification in Geotechnical
Engineering

Civil:

5+ Years of Experience as a Civil
Engineer
Previous hands-on
experience essential in civil design to Australian Design
Standards with the use of such programs as DRAINS modelling is desirable.
Experience using Tuflow, XPStorm, HECRAS and 12D advantageous;
A strong client focus and desire to deliver
practical, sustainable and effective engineering solutions;
A high level of initiative and proactivity,
particularly in relation to designing;
Experience in the drafting and management of
contracts;
Tertiary Qualification in Civil Engineering
