Operational definition of terms

·  Assessment: The process of documenting, usually in measurable
terms, knowledge, skill, attitudes, and beliefs
·    Challenges: The situation of being faced with something that
needs great mental or physical effort
·    Childcare: Caring for and supervision of a child or children,
usually from age six weeks to age thirteen

·     Insecurity: A feeling of general unease or nervousness that may
be triggered by perceiving of oneself to be vulnerable or inferior in some way,
or a sense of vulnerability or instability which threatens one’s self-image or
ego.
·      Loneliness: Sadness because one has no friends or company
·    
Pre-designed: To prepare a preliminary sketch, strategies or
plans for a particular thing.
·    
Sexual abuse: An undesired sexual behaviour by
one person upon another.
·   
Single parenthood: An uncoupled individual who shoulders most or all
of the day-to-day responsibilities for raising a child or children.
·  
Template: A document in which the standard practices are
already stated.
· Upbringing: The treatment and instruction received by a child
from its parents throughout its childhood.
