Job Description:
Responsibilities:
o Manage and lead the production team consisting of more than 100 staff
o Able to lead and manage the team to ensure that all production activities are well- co-coordinated towards achieving the company’s objectives
o Identify and implement best-in-class operational practices to meet cost, quality, delivery responsiveness and customer satisfaction objectives
o Responsible for achieving operational efficiency and competitive advantage by maximizing man, machine, material and methods
o Ensure the quality, customer satisfaction and safety regulations are met
o Seeking improvements and executing quality control
Requirements:
o Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
o Effectively Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
o At least 3 years of relevant experience as Production Manager
o Possess good leadership and communications skills.
o Able to manage production changes involving equipment, materials and people to meet business needs in a multi-culture environment
o Self-driven with a high level of energy
