Rwanda’s fastest growing professional organization. To help manage this growth,
we are looking for “Regional HR Manager” to start as soon as possible.
Duties and
Responsibilities
  • Representing the Human Resources Department at a
    regional level
  • Ensuring that HR related rules, such as the Code
    of Conduct, and procedures, such has leave and attendance policy,
    recruitment & hiring, as well as disciplinary measures, are being
    followed through correctly
  • Report leave and disciplinary measures to HQ on a
    weekly and monthly basis
  • Reporting payroll changes to HQ and supporting HQ
    HR Administration with the TPR declaration
  • Provide non HQ-based staffers with all necessary
    HR related documents and maintain a proper filing system for HR files and
    paperwork at the district hub and attached offices; Prepare HR related
    documents which are to be signed by the department head
  • Advising all staffers on all elements depicted in
    the Tubura Policies & Procedures Manual
  • Representing HR in candidate selection and
    assisting during 2nd round interviews
  • Train staffers in the correct application of
    existing and new HR related policies and procedures
  • Support our HR legal specialist in terms of
    investigating and solving staff related misconduct cases
Requirements
  • A university degree in Human Resource Management,
    Social Sciences or other related fields
  • Ideally 1-3 years of professional work experience
    in Human Resources Field
  • Interviewing skills for phone and face-to-face
    interviews
  • Fluent in Kinyarwanda as well as English and/or
    French
  • Solid computer skills regarding e-mail, internet
    usage, and Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Friendly personality, professional and proactive
    work attitude, as well as the ability to interact with people from
    different backgrounds.
