Your
Role
Role
- You
would first go through an extensive onboarding program during which you
will learn how One Acre Fund operates and develop a feeling for
organization specific HR related needs - Ultimately,
your responsibility encompasses caring for the needs of the Human
Resources and payroll administration functions in our New Countries. - An
important aspect of your job is its analytical component: You would need
to analyze accurately the status quo of HR functions in different
environments in rural Africa and identify needs for intervention - You
would be expected to assess and plan the scope of your own work when
providing support. The scope of support will include amongst other
activities: creating HR administration tools, advancing recruitment efforts,
building the framework for professional development initiatives, and
advising leadership in New Countries on questions dealing with compliance
as well as compensation & benefits

Requirements
Requirements
- At
least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources
Management – Bachelors or Master’s degree with an excellent grade point
average required - Your
ability to speak and write in English is flawless; Knowledge of French. - Potential

higher: You need to be able to learn and improve your skills and abilities

have a strong personality and you are values driven: You are independent,
self-confident, and humble at the same time
