  3. * The
ideal person will be able to mentor and guide small teams on project
execution; you will lead by example
  4. Training
    and skill development
  5. * You
are the technical guru for the M&E department; others will consult and
you’ll provide sage guidance and actionable recommendations to evaluation

    appropriate for analysis
  6. * You

    support on global M&E projects
  8. * You
will be the technical lead on cross-country evaluation projects including
assessing the secondary impacts of our core program, the soil health of
our farmers and how impact differs among different segments of our population.
  9. * This
work will require you travel to various country offices to support their
implementation, lead the analysis and work on project design.
  10. *
Synthesize analyses and learnings across departments and countries.

    countries.

Your work will be
fast-paced, exciting, and diverse. You will create lasting and noticeable

doing it. You’ll work across countries providing analytic support, so you will
definitely get out of the office, meet with our client farmers and see Eastern
and Southern Africa. But most importantly, you’ll always be driving towards
actionable impact – no empty reports, no mundane policy memos, just
high-quality research, analysis, tools, and results!
