SUMMARY:

The
Claim Analysis Manager will report to the Customer Engagement Team Lead
for all responsibilities related to distribution claims and other CE
activities. The CE Team Lead will also be their direct manager and will be
responsible for their professional development

- Distribution
claim investigation and all CE related claims follow up by coordinating
with other departments to settle all the claims escalated to those
specific departments. - Lead
and manage distribution claims team during each distribution, including
implementation of process and procedures, training, and performance
evaluation for the team. - Creating
process and procedures on how claims should be tracked, analyzed and
investigated. - Follow
up on all pending claims that have not been resolved for some days so we
can have them resolved in a set time line with the help of responsible
departments. - Responsible
for distribution claims data analysis and quality control, good quality
reports with well analyzed data. - Training
and teaching the CE team on the processes of how these claims should be
reviewed, investigated and closed.

- You
will be responsible for sending SMS requests (SMS execution), including
quality control and SMS reporting to SMS request owners. - You
will answer client calls where necessary, especially high peak call
periods or during the time of agent scarcity. - You
will be required to do data analysis and quality control for SMS reports
and ensure quality reports are delivered to the stake holders on time. - You
will also be responsible for data analysis for the outgoing call function
recorded data and assist the outgoing call function team to improve their
accurate and quality data tracking. - You
will help the hotline team in data analysis for their incoming call data
recorded as well as data analysis. - You
will also be required to help in trialing and carry on some tests for the
new CE projects as will be communicated by the CE lead. - You
will be part of other activities related the CE team operations, as will
be required by your manager.
Qualification

- Excellent
mathematics skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Great
communication and interpersonal skills, including email in written English - Good
report writing and reporting skills - Good
leadership and management skills - A
commitment to self-improvement and career development - Good
presentation and training skills would be an added advantage - A
bachelor’s degree from an Rwandan university is desired but not required.
