organization. To support our corporate operations department, we are looking
for a mechanic to start as soon as possible.
The role
The transport manager reports directly to the head of Corporate Operations, and works closely
with the Infrastructure manager and the corporate operations team. The role of
the Transport manager is to manage a transport schedule, manage a team of
drivers,and keep clear records of all vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Your Duties
· Managing a busy transport schedule that
includes a team of drivers, One Acre Fund cars and special hire taxis

- Approve all drivers expenses, keeping clear
records to prevent fraud
· Manage a fuel card system, keeping clear

· Working closely with One Acre Fund mechanic

· Manage systems to ensure that the drivers are

· Work with the OAF mechanic to set up a
fraud-proof procurement system for parts

· Build the transport department by assisting in
recruiting new drivers, procure new cars.

· Manage a daily office/town matatu shuttle for
workers to arrive and leave from work

· Manage a payment systems for taxis in KGL for
visiting guests and interview candidates

Our Requirements

Fluent knowledge of English and very good ability to speak, understand, and
write in French.
