• Your work as a Recruiter at One Acre Fund –
  Tubura will cover all aspects of the candidate supply chain

• Hunting for the best talents available will
  include drafting and publishing job description as well as reaching out to
  universities and professional networks

• Screen CVs and create shortlists based on
  position specific criteria

• Conduct phone interviews and support
  in-person interviewing

• Update and maintain our talent database

• Build up partnerships with networks,
  professional fellowships, as well as public and private institutions in
  order to gain access to Rwanda’s most talented workers

• Provide administrative support during the
  recruitment process

• A high level university degree in Human
  Resource Management, Leadership & Hospitality Manaement, Social
  Sciences or other related fields

• Ideally 1-3 years of professional work
  experience in recruiting

• High self-esteem and an outgoing personality

• You should be fluent in Kinyarwanda as well
  as English and/or French

• You should be stress resistance and possess
  the ability to work hard
