looking for “Lead Operations Analyst” to start as soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Operations
Data Management and Analysis: - Use
program data to help solve operational issues and help the Operations
Team make data-driven decisions. Areas of focus will include repayment,
client density, credit risk, and group behavior. - Produce
seasonal and annual reports on enrollment and repayment. - Hold
regular meetings with the Operations Team to review relevant seasonal
data focused on informing weekly decision-making in the field. - Improve
Field Staff knowledge and use of data through better data-driven tools
and reports. - Work
with our Nairobi-based Internal Consulting Team on higher-level program
analyses. - Manage
the Rapid Response Survey Team:
- Oversee
a team of 5 surveyors for the Operations Innovation department. - Work
with the Operations Innovation team to design, test, and analyze results
from trial surveys. - Expand
the team as necessary. - Training
and Leadership Development:
- Train
Ops Innovation staff on excel and basic analyses. - Work
with Field Staff on improving analysis of KPIs (Key Performance
Indicators) and general use of data. - Special
Projects / Priority Analytic:
- Design
and execute 2-3 priority analyses per year focusing on large programmatic
questions or issues relevant to the long-term sustainability of the
program.
Experience and Expectations
- Excellent
Excel and analysis software (R, SPSS, or STATA) skills - Fluent
English, French fluency also preferred - Experience
designing presentations, reports, and tools - Experience
managing research projects from design to implementation and final
analysis - Field
research experience - Experience
managing a team - Willingness
to work in Rubengera, Karongi, Western Province, part-time Kigali possible - 2-3
work samples to be submitted with application
