POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR (Iringa)
The Human Resource Director will be in ch
arge of overseeing key Human
Resources processes and systems at One Acre Fund. They will be responsible
for managing, growing and developing the One Acre Fund Human Resources team
to meet current and future HR needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create and improve integral Human Resources policies, processes and
systems with a heavy focus on ensuring quality and fairness.
• Manage a quickly growing Human Resources team.
• Create and manage the One Acre Fund Tanzania Policy and Procedure guide.
• Run monthly Payroll to a quickly growing TZ team with 140+ employees,
including loan processes.
Additional Qualifications Required:
• Human Resources or related experience
• University Graduate (Relevant Degree Preferred: Human Resources MA)
• A people person – works excellently with others
SELECTION CRITERIA:
• Tanzanian professional with 2-5+ years of work experience (high-level
professional work/entrepreneurial experience)
• Bachelors or Masters University Graduate with GPA 3.0 or higher (Please
include GPA/Scholl marks)
• Fluent in Kiswahili and English
• Fluency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to live and work in Iringa, with regional travel (unless
otherwise stated)
