professional organization. To help manage this growth, we are looking for “Financial Analyst” to
start as soon as possible.

start as soon as possible.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Variance Analysis:
Compile and analyze monthly budget verses actual for all departments.
Provide commentary and engage key department stakeholders in the results. - Forecasting: Support
development of a yearly budget and re-forecasting. - Sustainability
Metrics: Develop sustainability metrics by department and work with
department heads to track impact of changes. - Documentation:
Develop standard monthly reporting templates. Create a table of key costs
to be distributed monthly. - Other: Work with the
Finance Manager, department heads, and Finance team to accomplish Finance
Team goals.
Requirements
- 1-2 years finance
experience or experience in another related field (required) - Degree in
Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related field (required) - Excellent written
and verbal communicator; attention to detail - A strong sense of
ethics, honesty and integrity - Computer skills,
most importantly experience in Microsoft Excel - Quick learner and
team player - Sense of
accountability and responsibility; committed to following up on projects
and deliverables - Ability to think
strategically - Ability to work
effectively under pressure - Language: Fluent in
Kinyarwanda and English - Passionate about
serving smallholder farmers
