incorporated under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda. The company
is engaged in the business of providing & installing 4G LTE advanced
technology within Rwanda. In order to effectively accomplish its business
objectives, ORN Ltd is looking for qualified and competent candidates to fill
the following vacant positions.
1.
Human Resource Assistant (1 person)
Key Roles
& Responsibilities:
The Human Resource
Assistant will support the Human Resource Team Leader in all aspects of day to
day Human Resource activities including but not limited:
- To
assist in coordinating staff overtime allowance and communication
allowance; - To
explain and giving guidance to staff the provisions of the HR policy and
procedure manual; - To
monitor daily attendance and transportation of staff; - To
manage staff leaves and applications; - To
assist with Pension Administration; - To
ensure all HR related issues are properly filled and in a confidential
manner.
Qualification,
Experience and Other job Requirements.
- 2 years
of relevant experience: - Bachelors’
degree in Business Administration OR related field; - Proficiency
in HR matters and knowledge of the Rwandan labour law; - Excellent
written and spoken English; - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills; - Excellent
computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc.).
2.
Contract Assistant (1 person)
Key Roles
& Responsibilities
The contract
Assistant will support the Contract Manager in all aspects of day to day
contract management activities including but not limited:
- To
establish and manage Contracts Database; - To
review and monitor existing contracts; - To
support Head of Divisions to draft contracts for goods and services
purchase/sales , review and negotiate better commercial and legal terms
considering the nature of business; - To set
up and maintain Contracts administration system for effective and efficient
contracts management including communication, performance, monitoring
& Record management; - To
develop effective relationships with Contractors and Suppliers; - To
identify contracts weak points and collaboratively develop solutions,
initiate remedial/improvement activities as required; - To
manage Supplier’s relationships; - To
handle any other assignment that may be given to him/her by supervisors.
Qualification,
Experience and Other job Requirements.
- 2 years
of relevant experience; - Degree
in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or any other
related field; - Excellent
communication skills - Excellent
written and spoken English; - Excellent
computer skills (MS word, Excel and Power point, etc.).
