OFFICE MESSENGER
Rwanda Governance Advisory Council (RGAC) is an Institution whose primary
mandate is to promote and monitor good governance in public, corporate and
civic domains in Rwanda through research, assessments, advisory services,
policy debates, and networking. RGAC is seeking to recruit a qualified Office
Clerk on a short term contract, and the detailed requirements of the individual
to be recruited are as follows :
Officer Messenger (1)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the liaison person to all
departments/units;
Provide clerical services to all offices( Photocopying documents and other
materials and binding office documents);
Be responsible to distribute outgoing letters/mails to all RGAC’s Stakeholders;
Assist in the central secretariat ;
and any other duties that may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications, Requirements & Experience
-High school level (A2) certificate with at least 1 year working experience; or
A3 with five(5) years working experience
-She/he should be computer literate;
-She/he should be fluent in English /French and Kinyarwanda;
-She/he should be immediately available for the job.
