Vice President – Leasing
Central (Singapore)
Responsibilities:
You will assist the HOD in the development and formulation of strategic marketing/leasing plans to improve the value of the property and to maximum growth opportunity / revenue with the right tenant mix of a commercial retail mall.
You will lead and manage the Leasing Team implementing leasing plans ensuring optimal occupancy of the mall; manage key relations with tenants and brokers; managing financial budgets/revenue cash flow as well as providing overall operational management of the property with a mix of speciality; lifestyle retail and F&B outlets.
Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of progressive marketing/leasing,asset management and development experience (Retail Mall management preferred) with at least 5 years’ experience at senior management level.
• Strong valuation, due diligence and real estate financial analysis skills.
• Proven team leader and mentorship experience.
• Strong networking and the ability to negotiate business / legal agreements.
• Experience with senior level facilitation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with Mandarin speaking business partners would be an advantage.
