Under
the direct supervision of the Accountant, the incumbent t must achieve are the
following:

- Book
keeping and reconciliation of accounts. - Check,
verify and process invoices, expense claims and reimbursements. - Assist
in Procurement activities. - Submit
monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts to the Board of
Directors - Supports
in reviewing and preparation of the budget and variance analysis. - Be
able to manage external Audits. - Submit
statutory deductions and lodging of refund claims. - Ensure
adherence to statutory Regulations and Requirements. - Fulfill
ad hoc miscellaneous responsibilities upon request.
Qualifications:
- A
University Degree in Business Accounting or Commerce - ACCA
Part 2 or equivalent. - At
least two years working experience in accounts or audit. - Thorough
knowledge of Quickbooks, Word, and Excel. - Ability
to research concepts and Tax applications effectively. - Ability
to handle Corporate Tax issues, wear and tear computations. - Excellent
attention to detail, accuracy and proper documentation. - Good
presentation skills and team player. - Ability
to work with minimum Supervision. - Good
business acumen, proficiency in accounting, Interpersonal skills. - Time
management to meet deadlines.
