Clearly this project is one of the largest resources construction projects. Based in Brisbane, your role is newly created and reports to the Project Director Mining, and is responsible for establishing the HSE function for the project.
A critical aspect is aligning the clients global HSE model within the project to ensure effective transition to the operational mine on due course. Developing appropriate project centric programs and systems is imperative to ensuring your people are safe and focused on ensuring all actions are undertaken within HSE uppermost in all their dealings.
Ideally you have worked in mining or infrastructure businesses in a significant project or operating enterprise at senior leadership level within HSE.
Remuneration is flexible to attract the best talent possible and initially this will be a 12 month contract with the potential for permanent appointment in the future dependent on opportunity and performance. Based in Brisbane or a FIFO option is possible.
