for positions within MANITOBA.

ARE PERMANENT, FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITIES – (NOT Fly
In / Fly Out);
Wages
for these positions range from $34 / hr. to $38 / hr. depending on
shift(s), etc.
Relocation
assistance (financial) is NOT available
Candidates
MUST BE FLEXIBLE to work various shifts – including possible nights,
weekends, or rotating
Applicants
must have 3 to 5 years of relevant Canadian experience
Strong
command of the English language is required – both written &
oral

Requirements:

Red
Seal Certification as Millwright
Possession
of personal / professional hand tools
Strong
knowledge of plant & equipment operations & maintenance
Experience
with conveyors, industrial pumps & compressors, grinders, welding
equipment, electrical & electronic controls, power tools, fans,
blowers, hydraulic systems & high speed packaging equipment
Ability
to read & understand mechanical drawings / schematics
Strong
focus on safety
Strong
mathematical, analytical, & problem-solving skills
Basic
computer abilities (Excel & MS Office) – including the ability to pick
up quickly on new software applications
Solid
communication & interpersonal skills
Ability
to work effectively in a team environment
Strong
sense of urgency & attention to detail
