Job Purpose:
To implement brand and creative initiatives that enhance the girl effect brand and deliver against country specific strategies. Drive execution to ensure brand excellence and world-class creative standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Support the Country Brand Manager to evolve and execute the girl effect brand plan.
• Work closely with your country brand team to support and deliver outstanding creative work that elevates and amplifies the girl effect.
• Work closely with the country team and assigned global creative project teams to ensure integration of key insights and country strategy.
• Manage day-to-day projects to achieve all objectives including agreed deadlines and budgets. Identify critical issues and recommend solutions to Country Brand Manager.
• Manage project operations pipeline, from development of creative briefs to vendor selection to vendor MSAs and POs through production.
• Ensure compliance with local and global ops policies and processes.
• Assist in managing and tracking the brand budget. Provide financial analysis to aid in business decisions.
• Work with Country Brand Director to build strong agency and creative resources and ensure outstanding creative work is consistently delivered.
• Be the internal voice of the country brand team. Ensure key departmental information and findings are shared across teams and geographies as required.
• Drive creativity and innovation at every opportunity. Build a reputation for getting stuff done.
• Be an expert in teen culture and play a key role in driving a culture of teen spirit within the Foundation. Be the voice of teen girls.
