Finance Supervisor – NICO Life Insurance Company
Limited Head Office – Blantyre
Successful candidate who will be responsible for
ensuring that departmental tasks are carried out accurately and timely in
compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls, will report to
the Assistant Manager – Finance
Payroll Management, reviewing payments and ensuring they are processed timely,
receivables Ledger Management, Timely Reconciliation of investments,
Maintenance of fixed Asset register, analysis of general ledger accounts and
preparation of audit schedules, Assisting in timely production of trial balance
and management accounts, Providing input to budget preparation, Ensuring staff
performance
Self-starter who works with minimum supervision, Good communication and
interpersonal skills at all levels, Ability to meet deadlines and targets,
Excellent analytical skills, Team player
Bachelor of Accountancy Degree or its equivalent plus Advanced ACCA or CIMA
Diploma, Minimum of 2 yrs experience in similar field
